Fees

The fee schedule of record. Final numbers are ratified by the founder at the current stage gate; the schedule below is the one the fee-model harness proves sustainable against every recorded live session shape.

Operator-deployed instances configure their own schedule; the numbers above are the protocol defaults and the schedule Dynamo-operated settlement uses.

Fee doctrine

settlement that produced it — on every backend. No implicit fees, no netted-away fees, nothing discoverable only by subtraction.

units are final. Fees on refunded units are reversed and netted against the payee; an unnettable residue is bounded forgone fee — never a buyer charge, never a booked Dynamo loss.

all: units that never billed produce no settlement to fee.

Fees exceed costs, provably

A fee schedule that loses money per session is a subsidy with a countdown timer. The fee-model harness computes, for every recorded live session shape in the repository's fixture set (sessions actually run at prior stage gates, with source tags), the rail-specific cost floor:

the recorded per-operation gas from the sealed contract suite's gas report, at the recorded gas price.

Dynamo margin cost on a clean session. Dynamo's own floor is the non-returned PSP spread on refunded value — processors keep their variable fee when a capture is refunded — which the application fee must clear on every recorded refund shape.

The harness asserts revenue > cost floor for every money-rail session — integer micro-USD arithmetic end to end — and prints the table:

cd /Users/steve/dpv1-aug26 && pwd
make fee-report

The command exits non-zero if any recorded session shape settles below its cost floor, which makes the sustainability claim a CI property rather than a slide. Numbers in the table come exclusively from recorded artifacts (gas reports, PSP TEST-mode charges, demo reconciliation lines) — projections are not inputs.
